Color Inspiration: Spring Has Sprung

I often look to nature for color inspiration for my quilts. I mean, let’s be honest, Mother Nature sure knows how to color it up right.  And right now, Spring has sprung in Wisconsin and the colors are simply amazing. Emerging from a dull winter, bright bursts of green, pink, and white awaken the visual senses. I mean, how can this image not inspire a quilt? It makes me happy just looking at it.
