A beginner scrappy quilt pattern for exploring color
Working with lots of fabrics can feel intimidating, but the sashing grid here does the organizing for you. That makes Scattered About a low-stress place to experiment with color placement and learn how a structured layout keeps a scrappy quilt cohesive.
Clear step-by-step instructions, full-color illustrations, a coloring sheet, and helpful tips guide you through cutting, piecing, assembly, backing, layering, quilting, and binding. It’s relaxed, forgiving, and genuinely fun.
