ORDERS
How long does it take for my order to ship?
How do I download my digital pattern?
Once you purchase your digital pattern, you will receive and email on how to access the file. If you need additional help downloading your pattern, you can find additional details on how to do that in our Downloading Digital Pattern Guide (Coming Soon!).
Can I return or exchange a pattern?
Because our patterns contain detailed instructions and illustrations, we’re unable to accept returns on print or PDF patterns. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
I didn't receive my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — sometimes our emails end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at orders@studiorquilts.com and we’ll resend it right away.
COURSES
How do I access my course after purchasing?
Courses are hosted on our learning platform. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to create your account and access your course materials. You can also access the learning platform using the [Student Login] available on our home page.
Do I need any special software to take a course?
Nope! All you need is a device with internet access — laptop, tablet, or phone all work great. Our courses include video instruction and downloadable PDFs.
Is there a deadline to complete my course?
Not at all — you have lifetime access to all course materials. Learn at your own pace, on your own schedule, and revisit lessons whenever you’d like a refresher.
QUILTING
I'm a complete beginner. Where should I start?
Welcome! We recommend starting with our Accurate Cutting course to build a strong foundation, and pairing it with one of our Skill Builder quilt patterns. Together, they’ll give you the skills and confidence to tackle your first quilt with ease.
What fabric do I need for your patterns?
Each pattern includes a complete fabric requirements list with specifics for your chosen size. Most of our patterns work beautifully with fat quarters, 10″ squares, or yardage — all detailed in the pattern.
Do your patterns include quilting guidance?
Yes! Our Skill Builder patterns include guidance for preparing the quilt back, assembling the quilt layers, and ideas for quilting. We want to support you all the way to the last stitch.
